Today, he limits himself to two or three trades a day and maintains the same composed mindset whether he ends the day green or red. For him, progress comes from showing up with discipline, not from chasing large wins.

Also, his path to passing the TCP evaluation was not linear. Manuel attempted the evaluation three times. His first try ended as he was still adjusting to the rules, while his second attempt was interrupted by health issues. On the third attempt, he committed fully to following the rules, taking shorter trades, and keeping his exposure small. This methodical approach helped him pass, a moment he describes as deeply rewarding and another step in his ongoing development as a trader.

Manuel also offered guidance for traders facing their own challenges. He stresses that failure is a normal part of the journey and should be used as feedback, not a reason to quit. He encourages traders to keep daily risks small, stay consistent, and treat every setback as a chance to improve.
